Raw material received from suppliers is injection molded to the die (cooling method: indirect cooling).
STEP 02
Silver Coating / Vacuum Metallizing
Moulded parts are fixtured on jigs and surface treated by silver coating or vacuum metallizing.
STEP 03
Assembly / Packaging
Each part is visually inspected, assembled and packed into boxes.
STEP 04
Shipping
Delivered to Hyundai Mobis dealers, special-purpose vehicle makers and tool dealers.
